Terms and conditions.   

1.        Once the installation date has been agreed a 50% deposit is required from the customer to confirm the installation and is non refundable.  

2.  After the installation of your security system the equipment will be covered by the secure southeast warranty this covers all parts and engineers labour for 12 months from the installation date.  The secure southeast warranty covers all breakdowns of the security system except Customer damage, Vandalism or natural disasters (e.g. electrical storms.)  

3.  When the 12 months warranty has expired a secure southeast maintenance contract is available in standard maintenance or standard plus parts.Both contracts can be cancelled after 12 months.
